What is Integrative Health Coaching?

Have you ever been on a road trip to somewhere you have never been…without a map! Not a good idea…right?!  That same concept of mapping out your road trip applies to your health too!  Health Coaching is an excellent tool to help you assess where you are, where you want to be, and how you are going to get there.  Through specific Personalized Health Planning, I partner with you to help you “map” your way to Optimal Health.  Personalized Health Planning puts you in the driver’s seat, so you can stay on track.  The goal of health planning is to be proactive with your health and identify immediate health issues, and plan for future well-being by making necessary behavior changes.  In order to address your health from a holistic approach, during the Personalized Health Planning process we will utilize the Wheel of Health (below).  Think of the Wheel of Health as a tool to help you visualize what dimensions affect your health positively and negatively.  The Wheel of Health starts with You and encompasses seven dimensions of self-care.   Click on the Wheel of Health to find out more information!

 I offer several Health Coaching options, designed to fit your needs.  If you enjoy working one-on-one in a private and confidential setting, and meeting at your convenience, then individual coaching may be a great fit for you.  If you enjoy working in a group, meeting new people, and gaining insight and support from others, then group coaching may be a great fit for you.

New Client Coaching Program
Includes an initial 60 minute Self-Discovery session with 6 follow-up sessions each lasting 30 – 45 minutes, and unlimited email support.  Package is for 3 months, meeting weekly or bi-weekly.
